Hi, I’m Arshad Jafri — a passionate developer, lifelong learner, and data geek. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by how technology works and how it can transform the world. From building my first program to solving real-world challenges with code, I’ve always been driven by a desire to create, innovate, and make a contribution.

What began as childhood curiosity has grown into a fulfilling career in software development and data science. As a graduate student majoring in Data Science, I’ve had the privilege of working on diverse projects that merge cutting-edge technology with practical applications. From crafting accessible and optimized websites at the University of Texas at Arlington to developing machine learning models that predict disaster types using UAV-captured images, my work is all about solving problems and creating meaningful, data-driven solutions. During my time at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I led software development projects for India’s largest insurance company, delivering secure, high-performance applications. This experience taught me the value of scalability, security, and efficient design patterns — lessons I bring into every project I undertake. My fascination with data lies in its ability to drive transformation. Whether building predictive models, creating interactive web applications, o r analyzing trends, I’m always seeking ways to harness data for innovation and impact

While technology is a significant part of my life, it’s not the whole story. Outside of coding and tech, I have a range of interests that help me recharge and stay inspired. I love working out to de-stress and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes. Meeting new people and learning about their experiences excites me, as I believe every interaction is an opportunity to grow. On quiet weekends, I like to try different cuisines, go outdoors take pics and enjoy reading a good novel — especially one that tugs at the emotions and leaves a lasting impression. These moments of balance and exploration fuel my creativity and keep me always wondering about world.

Life and technology share a common truth: they never stand still. As someone who thrives on learning and adaptability, I see change as an exciting challenge. Whether it’s exploring the latest advancements in machine learning, refining my full-stack development skills, or diving into a new book, I’m always ready to embrace what’s next.
